Returns and refunds

Every order is backed by a 30-night money-back guarantee. If breathebetter has not earned a place in your routine within 30 nights of delivery, you can return it for a full refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The magnetic bridge and applicator must be returned undamaged to qualify for a refund. Used adhesive tabs do not need to be returned, and are exempt from this requirement for hygiene reasons.

To start a return, email support@breathebetter.io and we'll send you return instructions. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If your order included an active subscribe-and-save plan, that subscription is automatically cancelled when the refund is processed.
