Returns and refunds

Every order is backed by a 30-night money-back guarantee. All purchases are one-time payments, no subscription and nothing to cancel.

What qualifies. If breathebetter has not earned a place in your routine within 30 nights of delivery, you can return it for a full refund. The guarantee covers the kit, mouth tape, and pillow mist bought as one-time purchases.

How to request it. Email info@breathebetter.io with your order number. We'll send you return instructions, including where to send the product back.

Timeframe. You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to request a return under the guarantee. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The magnetic bridge and applicator must be returned undamaged to qualify for a refund. Used adhesive tabs do not need to be returned, and are exempt from this requirement for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are for the amount you actually paid. If a discount code or promotional price applied to your order, your refund is the discounted amount paid, not the full list price.
